Dear Buyer,

What a great house! No, it’s not a house, it’s truly a home! We have so many wonderful and happy memories. Recalling the times we went cross country skiing in Kinn’s Road Park. Just walk out the door and literally start skiing!

Living on a cul de sac was so nice because the kids could ride bikes without having to worry about traffic. An added bonus is that the bus stop is close to our front door. Many mornings they had to run to the bus stop. Good thing it was close!

We’ve had so many relaxing summer nights on the porch. We never had to worry about bugs because of the screened in porch. From watching the kids play flashlight tag to enjoying the spectacle of fire flies flit around in our yard! Not to mention enjoying lovely dinners by candlelight.

In the winter we’ve enjoyed the fireplace. It certainly made everything cozy and warm!

We made the decision to make part of the basement a place for our children. As they got older it gave them an area that they could go to. It was a good decision and proved to be popular! Many a ping pong /pool game was won/lost in our basement!!!
